Howard O'Connor is the President and CEO of TLP, Inc. Howard started his plumbing apprenticeship in Miami Florida, in 1979. After receiving his Journeyman's license he relocated his family to Oregon. He owned and operated his first plumbing & heating business in Bandon, Oregon until 1993, when he sold his business and moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado.

After starting and running a plumbing division for Front Range Construction Company, Howard went out on his own in 1998 and started Apex Piping, LLC; a residential and commercial plumbing company. This is when Howard began to focus on plumbing technologies that improved water conservation and energy efficiency.

Taking classes and receiving certifications in geothermal HVAC, solar water heating, waterless plumbing fixtures, high efficiency hydronic heating systems and other technologies that are now becoming of general interest due to rising awareness regarding the nature of our limited resources.

Howard is a motivated self starter and has been an entrepreneur the majority of his adult life. Howard is a voracious learner and a natural innovator. He thinks outside of the box to find viable solutions to problems.

Howard O'Connor is not your typical Master Plumber. Howard's passion is sustainability. He believes that the future of his business and the planet is directly related to the sustainability of our natural resources; water and energy. Howard believes that the plumber plays a crucial role in the sustainability of civilization.

As a forward and progressive thinker, Howard looks ahead to the future of his plumbing and heating company and realizes that his company will and must position itself in ways that will make significant contributions to the sustainability of the communities that it will serve.

Howard Started TLP, inc in 2005 and is committed to growing a premier company that adds significant value to all of its clients by helping them to identify and achieve their goals and objectives. TLP, inc also plans to start working with community leaders and government officials to help promote local sustainability of our economic, environmental and energy resources
